For repairs that need workshop time — motor rewinding, gearbox work, board-level soldering — we collect the appliance, fix it properly and return it within 48 to 72 hours. Collection and drop cost you nothing.
Why pickup exists
Some repairs do not belong on your kitchen counter.
Motor rewinding, gearbox stripping and board-level soldering need a bench, a bench power supply and a couple of hours of quiet. Rather than keep a technician standing in your kitchen half the afternoon, we collect the appliance, repair it properly at the workshop, and bring it back.

Riders run Monday to Saturday. Sunday is reserved for home-visit repairs only, so nothing sits in the van overnight.

Every picked-up appliance is logged against your booking ID the moment it arrives, repaired on a proper ESD-safe bench, then run for a full test cycle before it is packed. You get an SMS when the repair is signed off and another when the rider leaves with it.
