KitchenMend is not an app that forwards your number to whoever answers first. We run our own workshop on Anna Salai, our technicians are on our payroll, and the person who quotes your repair is the person who does it.

For bookings placed before 4:00 pm we schedule a technician the same day across all twelve localities we cover, and our current average response time is about two hours. Bookings after 4:00 pm are usually attended first thing the following morning. If a part has to come from the workshop we will tell you at the time of the quote, not afterwards.
It covers the technician's visit and a full diagnosis of the fault, including electrical testing. If you go ahead with the repair, the ₹149 is adjusted against the final bill, so you are not paying twice. If we cannot fix the appliance, you pay nothing at all — that is our no fix, no fee policy.
Yes. We source from authorised distributors for every brand we service and the part number is printed on your invoice so you can verify it. Every spare part carries its own manufacturer warranty on top of our 90-day repair warranty.
Both the workmanship and any part we fitted are covered for 90 days from the date of repair. If the same fault comes back within that window we return and put it right at no charge — no inspection fee, no labour, no parts cost for the covered component.
We currently cover Adyar, Anna Nagar, T. Nagar, Velachery, Tambaram, Porur, OMR, Chromepet, Mylapore, Perambur, Ambattur and Guindy, plus the neighbourhoods around them. You can check your exact pincode on our Home Pickup page, and if you fall just outside the radius give us a call — we often make the trip anyway.
